Added to my sandals because Velcro on them was too shortIt's good velcro, but it's hard to remove the plastic cover from the sticky sideJust what I wantedWorks greatStrong adhesive, holding great. However, to pull off the plastic backing to adhere it to something was WAY TOO HARD!! I ended up having to use two pair of locking tweezers to pull the backing off. ? Way too much work. It makes me wonder how the product was stored. Will there be adhesive marking on my furniture or will it ever come off of my furniture? Idk.Needed it to place my roku higher up. Works great for what I neededThe glue is not strong enough they detached easily and were even in pairsVery convenient and useful. I find uses for these at the oddest moments, will be ordering more for the next time I find a need.The visor in my car doesn't hold itself up anymore due to a broken spring, so the dealership told me that getting velcro strips may be a good idea as the visor is not heavy at all, maybe a pound. These strips can't even hold it up and it still keeps falling. It does not stick as advertised. I gave it time for the adhesive to stick even before I put the visor up and it still falls. Cheap product, spend a little more for a better product this is not worth it at allAfter reading the reviews for many Velcro products it appears the inherent problem with all of them is the adhesive on the actual strips. This original Velcro product is no different. As long as you super glue, sow or staple the strips to material, the Velcro will hold as advertised. If not, there is no chance it will stay on when used on fabric, as in my case.Once firmly attached with something in addition to the regular backing it works like a charm.bought this to put a GoPro on my dashboard. Anyone who owns a GoPro knows it weighs less than 1 pound (0.5 kg). Adhesive stuck well to both dashboard and GoPro but the 2 Velcro sides don't stick together well at all. Terrible! Made a left hand turn and my GoPro flew down to passenger side floor.Not recommended at all!Wasn't impressed with these.... poor adhesion to almost any surface even though i prepared surfaces by cleaning several times with alcohol.They dont hold even HALF the weight claimed....NOT recommended.I use it to hold the insulation on my brew pot when making beer. It never fails. The velcro part holds up well and the adhesive sticks well too. It works so well that when I had to replace the insulation I just bought more velcro strips. The only real catch is if you get the fuzzy part wet (like with beer) it is hard to clean it. So don't get it wet and you are good.
