I personally use this so I can stick certain things on my car's dash carpet, and it has definitely helped secure my parking pass or whatever light object on my dash!Perfect for teachers. Exactly what i was looking forSo far nothing has fallen.These mini VELCRO circles were perfect for my daughter’s visual schedule. She can pull the pictures off herself and replace with different pictures. Easy to use, great price!That's the only reason I ordered these Velcro dots. I have a series of clearance lights, marker lights and FAA approved Anti-Collision Lights that I need to move between drones, based on which I am flying at the time. I keep the lighting in a separate drawer in my work shop. And, these Velcro dots handy in my 'glue and adhesives' drawer.The lights in the picture came with some VERY strong double sticky foam tape dots. The drone in the picture is a DJI Mavic Mini that weighs less than 250 grams. The only way DJI could make this little guy so light was to substitute hard plastic and resin body parts with thin plastic and soft foam parts in the structure of the rotor arms (among other weight cutting measures).Only a close inspection of the Mini will give you a true appreciation of what DJI had to do. It will also give you a greater sense of how fragile the aircraft really is. Using any kind of PERMANENT adhesives to fix something like auxiliary lighting to the aircraft is a HUGE mistake. Attempting to remove any of those adhesives will only damage the aircraft.THAT is why I bought these Velcro dots. They are very small. Don't need big ones for this job. They are very low profile. Really don't need anything that stands up a lot. And, they are very light load rated. Don't need very strong rated Velcro for this job. The lights are VERY light weight, compact and they need to be added and removed to the aircraft with little effort or resistance. The lights, when attached with these dots, stay in place very well. But, are still easy to remove. Perfect.These Velcro dots are EXACTLY the right solution for this application. So, for me, I am very happy and can comfortably give them five stars....so it had to be something that didn't show up on the wall when I removed my vinyl banners. Method also had to be strong enough eot hold them, and easy enough to remove without damage to wall or artwork.Clear tape Velcro had just come out at the time— velcro is always making different varieties or adding rolls, strips, squares or circles, do I tried it. (Previously we had been using hooks and wire hund from the ceiling, and nothing ever hung at the right level, it was time consuming and ugly. Being able to hang them flat against the wall could work, that would be the best solution.Worked far better than I could have hoped for. Did a small test srip before adding it to the walls for 8 two foot wide, six foot long banners of a few pounds each. Because other organizations use the same room and do their own decorations, I bought a roll of it and did an entire strip across the wall down from the top at the most convenient level. That way anybody could use it at that height and not have to worry about placement. Gave the unused strip to the Park District for their future decorations.Since the entire top edge of the banners was one strip, it alway held securely and looked great. To remove the, just started at one edge and ran a letter opener across the top.I purchased these adhesive dots to hang laminated posters for my daughter. They worked but I had to use 20 dots per poster. Not exactly sure what this size would be used for but definitely recommend getting a larger sizeThese dots hold so well. I use them in my classroom. Love themThin (not THAT thin though), and not that strong.I saw velcro tapes that were much thinner and stronger than these ones.Hard to find, but it's great!A must buy if you look for see through velcro and you are not in a rush ( it can take a while to receive it)It's thin (as described) but does the job.These are brilliant for crafters do just what they shouldVery low profile sticky dots that are virtually invisible when in place.The grip of the velcro is good and the glue on the dots appears to be sufficient. Time will tell how durable the glue is!Great these are just what I need to make some matching sheets for my daughter. The clearness of one side of the Velcro means pics can still be seen underneath it.
